Day by Day

Day 1:

Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport

After your arrival, a representative from Alkanjaoi tours and safaris will meet you at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Your guide will bring you to a reputed hotel in Arusha city for supper and overnight as well as preparations for the next trip of 10 Days Tanzania and Kenya Safari. Day 2:

Tarangire National Park

Your driver/guide from Alkanjaoi Tours and Safari will pick you up following a delectable breakfast at your Hotel and bring you to Tarangire National Park. You’ll probably get there in the afternoon, and while enjoying the park’s breathtaking views, you’ll pause for a picnic lunch.

Tarangire National Park is home to a variety of landscapes and wildlife, including warthogs, buffalo, giraffes, and flocks of yellow-breasted lovebirds. Hyenas, lions, and leopards are some predators. However, the park’s elephants are its most famous residents.

After lunch, you’ll take part in an afternoon game drive to look for wildlife along the Tarangire River’s sandy banks, all the while admiring the magnificent baobab trees and twisted acacias that form the surrounding landscape. The Tarangire River, which runs through the park, gave it its name. Wildebeest and zebras’ extensive long-distance migration is what gives the Tarangire Ecosystem its name. Thousands of animals from the nearby wet-season dispersal and calving zones congregate in Tarangire National Park during the dry season.

Day 3:

Lake Manyara National Park

After a delectable breakfast, your guide will pick you up from the Camp and transport you to Lake Manyara National Park for a full day of wildlife viewing with a picnic lunch. The lush Acacia and Mahogany tree woods that greet you as you enter the national park start to set the tone for what lies ahead. The game drive will continue till the evening with a brief picnic lunch stop. Watch out for buffalo, giraffes, impalas, baboons, and blue monkeys on the game drive.

The tree climbing lions are another attraction of Lake Manyara National Park, but finding them requires a good deal of luck. You can observe the beach turning pink with millions of flamingos flocking there throughout the appropriate season. Post the full day of excursions and game drive, your guide will drive you back to your lodge where a delicious dinner awaits you and overnight at Pamoja Farm Lodge in Karatu area.

Day 4:

Ngorongoro Crater

Your guide will transport you to Ngorongoro Crater following a sumptuous breakfast at your lodge. After a full-day crater tour, descend the 600m-high crater walls to the crater’s floor, and later that day, have your picnic lunch by the hippo pool. West of Arusha in Tanzania’s Crater Highlands, the Ngorongoro Conservation Region (NCA) is a protected area and a World Heritage Site.

The Ngorongoro Crater, a sizable volcanic caldera in the region, inspired the area’s name. Because of the crater’s riverine habitat, animals including rhinos, buffalo, elephants, white-bearded wildebeest, lions, and leopards that have been left to their own devices can still be found there. The crater is the ideal location for taking photos of the animals up close.

Day 5 :

Serengeti National Park

Enjoy a full day of unfettered game viewing in this well-known park after breakfast. Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park is located in the Mara’s Serengeti environment. It is well-known for its yearly migration of almost two million white bearded wildebeest, 25,000 zebra, and countless honey badger and Nile crocodile. full game viewing drive with a stop for a picnic lunch.

Day 6:

Lake Victoria

This trip to the stunning Lake Victoria coastline offers a variety of wildlife encounters, fantastic birdlife, a glimpse into a fishing community’s daily life, and a chance to make new friends. Enjoy a day at your leisure to discover everything the largest tropical freshwater lake has to offer. There are many enjoyable activities available there.

After a delicious breakfast, begin the day with a morning safari game drive to the Serengeti National Park gate. It is a 20-minute drive to the lake coast from here, with the option to visit the Lukunguru community and learn about the work of Africa Foundation, a long-time partner in community and conservation development.

There are many excursions available when you get to Lake Victoria. In a canoe or dhow, you may embark on a fishing safari or a bird-watching excursion, check out a traditional fish market or a local healer, or simply enjoy the breathtaking scenery and tranquility of the lake. On the lakeshore, a delectable picnic meal is served while considering the local environment and ingredients.

After all the excursions of the day your guide will take you to a lodge for dinner and overnight at Speke bay Lodge.

Day 7 & 8:

Maasai Mara National park

Drive to the Kenya/Tanzania border post of Isebania after a sumptuous breakfast. You will be transferred to a Kenyan vehicle and tour guides for the remainder of the trip after completing immigration and customs procedures. One of Africa’s largest wildlife reserves is the Maasai Mara, which is located in southwest Kenya and Kenya’s premier game reserve. 

Stop briefly enroute at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint to enjoy the stunning views of what is the world’s largest Valley, said to be even visible from space. After arrival at Masai Mara you will stop for lunch. After lunch continue with the game drive allowing you to spot the magnificent wildlife in the park ranging from the Big Cats such as Lion, Leopard & Cheetah to Rhino, Elephant and Wildebeest. 

 It is possibly the best eco-system in the world for safari big game watching, along with Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park, to form Africa’s most diverse, amazing, and stunning eco-system. 

In the late evening after all the experiences your driver will drive you back to the lodge for dinner and overnight at AA Mara Camp.

Day 9:

Lake Nakuru

You will be driven to Lake Nakuru National Park by your guide after a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel. Without a doubt, you’ll show up in the afternoon. After checking in at the park, have lunch at a restaurant, and then have an afternoon game drive.
The stunning Lake Nakuru National Park is located at the bottom of the Great Rift Valley, encircled by lush grassland and trees.
